Legit Texas BBQ.. I knew when they brought the brisket to the table without any sauce in sight it was going to be good. Brisket was tender was sliced perfect with lean and fatty in the same slice. Perfect smoke ring. No sauce.. no need..they let the meat speak for itself. The brisket sandwich was amazing. On homemade toasted ciabatta. Maybe the best bbq sandwich I've ever had.
