Simply the BEST hotpot a native Chinese person has ever had overseas (beats store I’ve tried in the US). This is as authentic as you can get the staff here is also so lovely Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Extremely efficient service, with nice sauce bar options. The shacha soup base was unfortunately not to my taste, it gave everything a strong fishy taste. Ingredients are quite authentic, and I'm glad they had the plum juice Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
