New China Chef is one of the most delicious Chinese food places we have tried. What is great is that I think they use a lot of fresh vegetables (i.e. not frozen), which adds to the perfect texture of their food. When they are made fresh, their potstickers are THE best. Kitchen does not look clean. (Not to sound hyper-critical), but if I see the kitchen where my food is prepared, it should appear moderately clean. Ordered Kung pao chicken. (See photo).
