I got a sample plate that had the following: pulled pig, rib tips, brisket, sausage. Everything was delicious, I also got smoked corn on the cob, it was not very smokey, or spiced, but it was still delicious. Oh, my word the sauces so many and I love how a sauce could better pair with one object and another with another article. Missed the smoke...meats were ok, ribs pulled pork. Sauces great, nice variety. Mac cheese a big disappointment just overcooked pasta mixed with shredded mild cheddar. Somehow, cheese didn't even melt... don't bother. Cowboy beans were very tasty. Overall, I don't know how it got a rating of best BBQ in Muncie. Sorry folks, but I was disappointed.
