Gloria Jean's Coffees Multan

What RAMEEN AHMED likes about Gloria Jean's Coffees Multan:
Their quality has been lowered. I don't know what happened or what was wrong with the staff. May be I visited it after a long time that still doesn't explain why the fries were so bad we had to complain and renew them. Croissant we ordered had a fly sticked. What M doesn't like about Gloria Jean's Coffees Multan:
1) was asked to pay in cash because machine is not working. Not given any invoice which means they will not pay their tax 2) I ordered cocoa loco and panini. Staff looked at the wrong order and prepared two vanilla drinks. When I told him I only ordered one and should not be charged for two drinks. He looked at my order and confirmed it was entered and charged correctly however he prepared a wrong order. He drained those two drinks in the sink and prepared correct. So that tax stealing balanced out :D 3) Panini there is a difference between a bun and panini. What I received was a bun and not panini. Stop misleading people! It was supposed to have coleslaw, however there was none! Overall drink was okay but food extremely very disappointing!.
