I called today to place my usual order, the freche brot with speck and jalapenos. However, I was informed by someone claiming to be the shift manager that they couldn't add jalapenos to a kaubrot. They insisted that I had never ordered it that way, even though I'm the one who has consistently ordered and enjoyed it like that. I've heard from others that this has happened too.
