I'm really baffled as to why this KFC is still open after 5 PM. When you pull up to the drive-thru, they usually ask for your order without letting you know that some items are unavailable due to a shortage of dark meat. It's not that they're completely out; they just don’t have enough to serve regular customers who come around 6 PM multiple times a week. My boyfriend checked the bag, and everything seemed fine. However, after a 30-minute drive home, we noticed the biscuits were missing. It was really disappointing since they’re our favorite, and we had ordered them separately because they didn’t come with the meals. At least we got the butter and honey! View all feedback.
I ordered a big box chicken sandwich without pickles at KFC. I waited in line for 1 hour and 10 minutes to get my order. After such a long wait, I ended up with carbonated water instead of my drink, and there were pickles on my sandwich. It's disappointing that they can't seem to find someone to manage that location effectively; it could really be a great restaurant.
This restaurant is incredibly dirty. The service is extremely slow; we stood at the counter for five minutes without being acknowledged while others passed by. Once our order was finally taken and we went to get our drinks, the area around the drink machine was filthy—we couldn't find a clean spot to put our cups down. All the tables were dirty, and the restrooms were disgusting and unsanitary. To make matters worse, our order was wrong, and we had to ask for corrections multiple times before it was finally right. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.
It was a disappointing experience. That's all I can really say. The food was nearly inedible.

Ordered a 12-piece bucket and drove all the way home, only to find we received just 8 pieces. They refused to compensate us for the extra time and cost. We’ll be buying rotisserie chicken from Walmart from now on. Goodbye, KFC!
