I visited this place the other day just to grab a drink. While the pizza is quite good, I was feeling really thirsty. I was on my way to Sam's place to play Nintendo Switch and didn’t want to make a right turn into the gas station because it would be too much of a hassle. What 미라 민 doesn't like about Big Al's Pizza Pasta:
I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I received my pizza, which was cold, three hours after placing my order, and they got my order wrong without offering to fix it. We were willing to pay for a new pizza, but the staff was very rude and didn’t even say they were sorry once. I really wouldn’t recommend ordering anything here. I truly hope this place faces serious consequences for their poor service. View all feedback.
