Was Arielle Keeling at The Source Espresso a mag?
this is the place where russell beard cut his pieces before he set up reuben hills, paramount and the hollywood LA projects. always excellent in-house roasted beans, finally updated menu, fantastic friendly helpful staff and even though the clientele are on the older side, so what? this is Mosman, not bondi, child. the only part is that there is no ceiling fan in the summer and it gets fucking hot inside. x View all feedback.
What Lupe Herman dislikes about The Source Espresso:
Portions are small and on the pricey side for what you get. Ordered the corn fritters and a sandwich but it seemed like we only got half a sandwich for the price of a whole one. My fritters were likely cooked at some point in the past and reheated to a barely warm state. Always has to stop for a coffee when I'm together In the area. Really respect your stuff, well done. The room is a bit tight, which is the only downside
Portions are small and on the expensive side for what they get. The corn fürter ordered and a sandwich, but it seemed as if we had only half a sandwich for the price of a whole. My fruits were probably cooked sometime in the past and named a barely warm state. Coffee and hot chocolate were good. Grief Grief This place is likely to be held alive by an older local customer base, which like the basics. Do not go out of the way to visit, and do not be fooled by the Broadsheet as we were.
Good coffee, and a menu that keeps simple, so high-quality brekkies and lunch can be produced quickly. Add that there is a parking right next to the source, and you can see why this place is so popular
Is this the second location for the Channel 9 canteen? So many newsreaders and Today Show hosts it's hard to get a seat. The coffee is really good but it can take a while to get it as everyone wants their coffees pronto! The locals love this place and plenty of people are busy working on laptops too. The menu is pretty simple but I mean this in a positive way. Toast, muesli, panini, bacon and egg panini, sweet corn and zucchini fritters, dukkah eggs and eggs benedict are all the rage from the all day breakfast menu! There is also a light meals menu for lunch if you are looking for something more substantial. The roast chicken sandwich w baby spinach, walnut and mayonnaise on sour dough is literally to die for!
Best coffee anywhere in sydney and the staff are gems. Food is always great and the cafe is in a super convenient spot, i highly recommend :
