A lovely Italian restaurant by the Balmoral Beach. It is always packed during the day. Their dinner menu offers a variety of Italian dishes and do check the blackboard specials for surprises.

The takeaway kiosk has by far the best hot chocolate in Sydney. So delish it keeps me back for more!!! Also great meals with a gorgeous view of the coastline :)
I will never be coming back to this cafe. The barista treated us with utter contempt and made us feel incredibly unwelcome. We ordered takeaway coffees and sat down at a table outside to wait so that we wouldn't clog up the area in front of the counter. The restaurant was virtually empty with lots of free tables. Despite this, the barista went out of his way to walk across the entire restaurant and practically yell at us that we weren't allowed to sit down. Despite us saying we were just sitting there to wait while he made the coffees, he just continued to raise his voice and treat us incredibly disrespectfully. He refused to apologise and when we said we wouldn't be coming back after such rude service he just said 'that's okay'. We were only going into the cafe to get a nice coffee at the beach, it was extremely disconcerting to be met with such hostility.
The male barista was extremely rude and insulting. I have never experienced such rude behaviour at a cafe or restaurant before. The cafe has extremely poor customer service and I would never visit this outlet again.
The place is nice, the food is not bad. However the staff is a bit rude and super slow, It takes more than an hour for the food. Not coming back to this place.
Beautiful midday Sunday lunch at Balmoral Beach. Popular spot and parking at a premium when the sun shines. Found a nice little Resturant on the esplanade and was able get a table with a view outside... I should mentioned the table we wanted was for a seating of 4. I was told if 4 people came in they'd have to move us (2). :( . We ordered chicken mango salad however they were out of mango so replaced with Pear ( we were told this so we were aware). Also a Linguini Marinara.. Being an Italian Resturant I felt safe! To drink we ordered a Sparking Rose ( by the glass) and a Breganze Pino Gri. Lovely wine but not chilled enough for a warm day. The chicken pear salad was heavy on salad leaves and very light on chicken .. For $26 you would expect more thank 1/2 a beast of chicken. It was also over cooked and dry.
