Our burgers were forgotten, resulting in a 35-minute wait to receive them. When we did finally get them, one was the wrong type. Although we were given a new one, the entire ordeal took 45 minutes. The burger itself was tasty and fresh, but the service left much to be desired.
The overfill protection on pump 6 is defective. I found that out when the diesel found its way down the shoe and up the leg. Went in to speak up and recommended shutting down the pump until it 's fixed. The fact that there is absorbent on the ground indicates that this is nothing new. The response to the fact that the side of the car, the rim, the brakes and me with clothes were soiled was an oh yes...that was stupid... . An offer to wash the brakes and other things that were dirty did not come as a matter of course from the service!
Very unpleasant, during a visit on the 28th of September I found a bag of crisps that had expired on the 13th of July and I politely asked if it was possible to get a discount on it and with a very stern and yet at the same time desolate voice, the employee said That is not something we do. I find it odd that Shell wants to desperately charge full price for something that expired nearly 3 months ago. The lack of understanding and miserable tone did not make the situation more pleasant.
Absolutely disgraceful service, They don’t respect allergens or ethical/religious diet choices, They serve meat in plant based food and do not even care.
