You need to focus on the little things such as customer requests and paid for sauces. I paid for a marinara, 2 ranch, and 1 garlic sauce. When picking up, we asked if all the dips were in the bag, which she had to then add. But she added 4 ranch, which was NOT what I ordered. The sauces are an ongoing issue for us.
