Food is usually pretty good. The pretzels always hit the spot and their drinks are good too. Only complaint I have is that there is one lady who works here, a heavyset hispanic woman, who has a bit of an attitude. But hey, maybe she was having a bad day. Who knows. But overall no complaints. Ordered three Original Soft pretzels and was told it would be a 10min wait. I left and came back 10min later roughly to pick up some pretzels for the guys at work and was in such a rush I didn't check my order before leaving; yeah my bad, I just assumed people would do their job. No salt on any of them. Called the store, and the manager wasn't to fussed. To be fair I probably wouldn't be either with that crew. View all feedback.
