Really enjoyed Bagel City this morning for brunch. Intended to just go in to get iced coffee (which was great because the ice cubes were coffee) but ended up getting a bagel with cream cheese (not in the picture). Update. Was 2 stars for below, but decided to make it 1 star after another incident today and the delightful staff handling the situation.This has been a go-to for awhile for a decent bagel and sandwich. Unfortunately, today I found a piece of metal in my sandwich. Called and they just said, “sorry about that” with no offer of refund or remaking the sandwich.
