Baskin-robbins - Morehead City

What John Holley likes about Baskin-robbins:
I had to give this Baskin-Robbins 5 stars. First the guy who took our order was spot on with customer service. But what really earned them 5 stars is the friendliness of the staff there. My father in law drove away with out his credit card. The guy at the window yelled at my father in-law to get him to stop. He then jumped out the pick up window to run over and give the credit card. Went to Baskin Robbins for a vanilla and chocolate shake. They were out of chocolate?? So they used chocolate syrup in vanilla. We asked to add donuts to our order. The clerk said it was too late to do that and there were too many cars in the drive through?? There were three cars behind us. They said they would bring the shakes out to us. We had to wait about 15 minutes. Both shakes were awful! cheap mix. View all feedback.
