On the hunt for an authentic butter chicken. This dish was far from it. The chicken was not cooked in a tandoor as you can see from the image, it has been chucked into a pan along with the sauce which resulted in bland tasting meat. The sauce was ok, lacked flavour as all you could taste was the base ingredient, tomato. But the consistency was great. Improvement needed, definitely not an authentic dish. Very expensiv...
