Upper senior staff is rude to new staff in training and unhelpful in situations where guidance and support should be happening. The way she talks to customers so so rude and unwarranted, Poor poor poor customer service from the senior staff there. Will not be back. Ended up cancelling my order kid way through and left because I will not support a business that condones bullies. View all feedback.
