Today 11/8/22 At 4 pm I went to Panera for my break, ordered my food and sat at the table to wait for it. Young blonde lady rudely approached me and announced: ma?am, We do not allow someone to sit on the dining area, we have sanitary problem!? Didn't apologize for the inconvenience or even try to give good customer services. I asked her where to wait outside for my food? She said: Yes! Very disappointing!? View all feedback.
