We had booked in for a special High Tea and beauty package that said it included a foot bath, exfoliation and massage and back treat and back massage. When we sat down we were told that our package would be a foot soak, exfoliate and a foot treatment despite flyers in the cafe saying a back treat and back massage was also included.
