I actually ate at the Los Jilbertos in Naturita. 120 E. Main St. Naturita, CO. Absolutely amazing food. I had a chicken quesedilla one evening...LOADED with chicken and cheese, rolled into one huge tortilla. The next time I had their chimichanga. Double awesome. Super friendly cashier and cook too.
