What Rick likes about City Grill:
Upscale Bistro. This is a nice restaurant, located in the small business complex fronting an upscale subdivision--I would not call it a 'strip mall '. It has a large outdoor patio, a good sized bar with table seating and a couple of small dining rooms. The atmosphere is contemporary, understated, classy, even romantic.
