What PrinceConsort doesn't like about Le Chardon:
We were on our way from Toulouse to Mirepoix, we were hungry, there was nothing on the main road except for dreadful filling station cafés, and it was after 2pm. We were obviously in danger of missing lunch altogether, so at random we took the exit for Montgiscard and discovered Le Chardon right in the middle of this very sleepy town.
