During my recent visits to the drive-thru, the gentleman who took my order and payment was exceptionally friendly and helpful. His excellent customer service skills are the main reason I choose to come back to this restaurant instead of trying others nearby. View all feedback.
Avoid arriving too early in the morning, or you might end up getting chicken leftovers from the night before that haven't sold.
The staff was very friendly, the food was excellent, and the service was outstanding!
I hadn't visited a KFC in quite some time, mainly due to my schedule and location. However, today my wife and I decided to try the one on Monroe, GA. I was truly impressed by the service I received. The phrase "service with a smile" has never been more accurately represented than by my experience today. Three very friendly ladies, all wearing smiles, greeted me as I arrived. They were incredibly helpful and engaging. After placing my order, it was delivered quickly and, most importantly, accurately. If the management reads these reviews, please take a moment to thank these employees and consider replicating their exceptional service in all your locations. I haven’t had such a pleasant experience in years. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
I want to give a shout-out to the employees at Monroe KFC! I visited the drive-thru three times last month, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Their kindness truly makes a difference, and they definitely deserve to be recognized! I just wish I could remember their names!
