This is the first chic-fil-a I’ve been to where I didn’t ask myself what their secret is for providing a fantastic customer experience. As a matter of fact, I think someone forgot to share that secret with this location. The bathrooms were dirtier than the gas station restrooms we reluctantly use when absolutely necessary, and had no toilet paper.
