The food at Bojangles was excellent and the service was satisfactory. However, I felt uncomfortable seeing a young man at the food station repeatedly scratching his hair. It was somewhat unpleasant to witness. Shouldn't staff be required to wear hairnets? Fortunately, I had already gotten my meal before noticing this. This situation definitely raises some questions about adherence to health and safety standards.
My Cajun filet biscuit with added pimento cheese was the best biscuit I've ever had—I didn’t want it to end. Absolutely delicious! When I saw the long line at the drive-thru, I got concerned, but they handled it efficiently. I didn’t have to wait too long, and the cashier was incredibly friendly. This place definitely deserves 5 stars! I WILL be back for one of the best breakfast biscuits anywhere.
Bojangles offers delicious food, which is exactly what I needed today during these tough times. Sometimes, all you really want is some tasty chicken, biscuits, and dirty rice.
I do not recommend this restaurant. They often take your money without providing your food and frequently forget to include items in your order. The customer service is the worst I've encountered. Although corporate customer service acknowledged the problem and apologized for the staff's behavior, they only issued a full refund and promised to resolve the issues. We enjoy Popeyes, but I advise avoiding this location altogether.
This restaurant in Monroe is disappointing. It's not about the food, but rather the staff. It's 6:30 PM, and they don’t answer the drive-thru and won’t let you inside. When I asked if they were open, they just shut the window in my face.
