Beloved by regulars for speedy, friendly drive‑thru service and standout drinks like iced chai and a new breakfast taco, this Dunkin' feels like a neighborhood morning hub—dog‑friendly and efficient. Yet inconsistent food quality, cold or missing items, bland refreshers, and occasional indifferent in‑store service temper the praise. Great for quick coffee runs and loyal patrons, but quality control and complaint handling need improvement.
Where do I even start? I go to this Dunkin' Donuts 5 to 6 times a week; it genuinely kicks off my day. The staff here is unlike anyone I've met before. Over the past four years, despite the changing personnel, they consistently deliver exceptional service and friendliness. They truly go above and beyond! Hats off to the whole team and management at this location!
I visited this restaurant during my lunch break, and it was a frustrating experience. It took a long time for them to take our order, and even after we finally placed it, I had to wait around 10 minutes just to pay. They left all our food sitting under the heat lamp, which made us wait even longer. By the time we received our meals, we were already running late and had to leave quickly. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a donut, and all our food was cold. The mini bagels were even partially frozen. I was very disappointed and plan to contact corporate to request a refund for my $20.
I'm not really a coffee person, but I absolutely love their iced chai latte. I wasn't very interested in their food until they launched their new breakfast taco. If you haven't had a chance to try it yet, it's truly delightful!
As a person who works in customer service, I believe she could use some training on handling customer complaints. When I informed her that I would be reaching out to corporate regarding my experience, she appeared indifferent. I also pointed out that we wouldn’t have returned if the donuts had been satisfactory, leading us to choose McDonald’s instead. Additionally, I often find that you can only place orders through the drive-thru and not inside, which raises concerns about their level of service.
I would rate this restaurant zero stars if I could! I ordered five chocolate munchkins for my daughter but received the wrong order. To make it worse, there was a pumpkin munchkin in the bag, and my daughter is allergic to pumpkin! When I called to speak with a manager, he seemed more interested in the $2.37 I spent rather than my daughter's safety. Are you kidding me? I emphasized that I wasn't concerned about the money; my main priority is my daughter's well-being! I just can't comprehend how difficult it is to put five chocolate munchkins in a bag. They didn’t even ask if she was okay—it's clear that they didn't care at all.
