I love this location...if I visit inside. We find the drive through very slow in comparison. The drinks are delicious and the food also.
Service was excellent, served with a big smile, great coffee, bought some for back home. and yes! even if you are served by a FRENCH person, you will be served with a big smile, even the WES will be served accordingly,We will be back for sure just because of the billingual service
Love my JAVA. Ive been to them all and I still go back to my Fav..Second Cup is the winner. From hot to cold beverages. Taste and price, hands down the best. PS - I don't like the new points system.
The coffee and food are decent, but it's the atmosphere that really draws you in. This upscale establishment is perfect for meeting over coffee, and the prices ensure a select clientele.
Today, I visited the drive-thru with my fiancée because we had a gift card to use. After waiting for 5 minutes on the loudspeaker behind another car, we finally placed our order with the employee. When we reached the window, I informed her that we had a gift card and wanted to pay the remaining balance with my debit card. However, she seemed confused and insisted that we had to pay using only the debit card. I suggested that she try scanning the gift card, but she continued to insist on debit payment only. There were no attempts to ask for help or offer any alternatives. As someone who has worked in the food service industry for many years, I was surprised by the lack of customer service skills displayed. Overall, we were not impressed and believe that the employees could benefit from some training on how to handle gift card payments and improve their customer service skills.
