We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant! Our group of 4 all opted for the tasting menu, which included 8 courses (9 if you count the Chef's Amuse-Bouche at the start of the meal). The food was a delicious culinary experience, unlike anything we had tried before. The presentation was beautiful, and all the dishes were excellent. The Brussels Dumplings and Date Pudding with Coconut Lime Ice Cream dessert were particularly outstanding. The cocktails were original, tasty, and visually appealing. The service was exceptional, with all the staff being friendly and knowledgeable, making our evening even more special. It's such a shame that the restaurant is closing!

There is no better restaurant in the Moncton area. Every visit has been exceptional. The food is top-notch and the service is excellent. Overall, it is an incredible culinary experience.
