Extremely slow service despite the relatively low number of customers. I ordered the beef on rice, because I already had low expectations and figured that would be the easiest to make right. The rice that came though was unpleasantly mushy and the top was so hot that it seemed like it had been heated in a microwave. I don't know how there are so many good reviews.
