My comrades and I are not from the area but were told Legends was a place to venture to for some good wings...and we were not steered wrong. The building seems big but was packed with people when we arrived (a good sign). Great food, good service but can you turn the music down a bit. Because you can't hear people talking while your eating. How about turn it down till 8 and then turn it up after that.
