I ordered food for my wife, who was at the university hospital. We got a Checker burger, a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and three sweet teas. The drinks were the only good part of the meal. The burger was drenched in mayo, ketchup, and mustard—there was so much sauce that it was practically inedible. On the other hand, the chicken sandwich barely had a touch of mayo and just a small piece of lettuce. How can one sandwich be overloaded with condiments while the other is almost bare? It's unbelievable. I am done with Checkers—there's no consistency and the food was just unappetizing. I've lost my loyalty as a customer for good.
Although it was quite late in the evening, the young lady who took my order was incredibly gracious and patient. I felt a bit embarrassed when she informed me that they were out of lettuce, but I was impressed by her excellent customer service. She politely asked me to pull my vehicle around so they could prepare our order fresh, which she then brought to our car. She is definitely a candidate for management! There was no wait at all! I believe she should be retained in her current position but compensated like a manager because she has the potential to greatly benefit the company.
Don't even waste your time the staff is very unfriendly and disrespectful and they tried to give me cold mozzarella sticks when I complained to them that my food was still cold the lady just said well I don't know what u want me to do about it so I demanded my money back this place needs to be shutdown
Great customer service when I walked up to the window the lady was very nice polite welcoming and help me out a lot great place I love Checkers O'Reilly's
I think this is my worst restaurant experience for the year! There were only 2 workers. The young man running the cashier register wasn't knowledgeable about the menu items, the app or how to even work the register. The lady working with him washaving to prepare the food and run the register after he took the orders she'd have to key them in, all while hoping on onefoot. I decided to lessen their load and take my business elsewhere.
