I had the trios special which is chicken with queso and chorizo on top, it came out with breakfast sausage on top, like biscuits and gravy sausage, and I asked the server this is chorizo? Because it obviously wasn’t red like chorizo is. I ate half because I was hungry but the sausage was also undercooked and pink.
