One of the worst experiences I've had. In addition to the worst service, quite possibly in my life so far, the concept isn't great. Mediocre food program with a decent cocktail program. Sandwiches/food is not elevated (as you'd expect from the surroundings). Don't expect a nice sandwich served on a plate.
