I ordered via grub hub. When I arrived it was pouring down rain. I gave them my name and what I ordered and they refused to give my order without looking at my phone. First time I have ever presented my phone anywhere when I order pickup. Grub hub gives them a name and how is a stranger going to know my exact order. I go back out to my car to grab my phone.
