I just went in to order something, looked at menu on board ordered 12 oz matcha due to having sleeve was charged for 16oz even though receiving 12 oz false advertisement. I just declined order in total. Businesses have to be held accountable for things on board. It wasn’t the cost that bothered me it was menu that’s there in large print.
