The fat chick with too much makeup needs to learn customer service skills. If we can order baked lays on the app or in the lobby, we can order them through the drive thru. If for some bizarre reason we can't than the drive thru attendant needs to let the customer know so we can drive off somewhere else before spending 20+ dollars, just to have to park and go in to get lip from a fat chick that doesn't care about her...
