I had high hopes for this place based off of the ratings and the beer list. Sampled the Scotch Ale and Dopplebock. The fact that they honored the Dopplebock naming convention set my hopes even higher. Unfortunately, on the sniff test both had hints of a soap scent which means it is sitting in the fermenter too long. The Dopplebock hid it in taste better than the Scotch Ale. Which was a bummer.
