I ordered a hrilled cheese and got lightly toasted bread and unmelted cheese. Also (apparently) napkins are not included with a sandwich. No ketchup nothing. I took the sandwich back requested a refund. The refubded was handed to me without an verbal acknowledgment. No sorry....Nothing. No lunch for me today im2 too bust to stop twice.
