If you like cooked protein they will not season it or add any sauce while cooking (because they don’t want to get the grill dirty as stated by many employees in multiple occasions). I stopped going because of this. According to employees management doesn’t allow anything but raw protein (chicken, salmon, and shrimp) without seasoning on the grill.
