Sandwiches are always delicious staff are very polite. Had a mix with my order where I got the wrong sandwich, but it was right at the end, so I couldn't get a new one. The girl I talked to on the phone was very apologetic and refunded my order offered to replace it the next day what she did. Thank you for making it right! Customer service is great. I ordered lunch on Monday but it was never delivered. When I called the store they told me my order couldn?t be delivered because there were no drivers. They should not have charged my card if they knew it could not be delivered. I called for arefund and was told only the regional manager could do this. I?ve now been waiting for 4 days and still no refund. I?m veryangry and will not order from this store again. View all feedback.
