Was Anonym at L'Approdo a mag?
This restaurant has a very nice terrace overlooking Lago Maggiore. The menu has very creative choices for fish an meat courses. If you are looking for Swiss fare like Bratwurst and Rösti this would not be your choice. Service is very friendly, quick and multilingual. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about L'Approdo:
Used to love going to this place. Great location and used to have great food ,efficient and friendly service...don’t know what has happened, the food is not up to previous standards and the service is slow... so not know if we will return as have been disappointed twice. View all feedback.
Children's menu was a hamburger with a small bowl of fries. We ordered the menu without fries and paid full price. 22 francs for a hamburger with a lettuce leaf and two cherry tomato halves inside. No sauce, nothing. This is simply exaggerated...
We ordered three different foods, and none of them was good. I tried grilled duck. It was smelling really bad, and I couldn’t eat half of my portion. The Ravioli portion was small and the taste was not also good. You may try other foods and you may find them good but forget the grilled duck. The waitress was freindly and helpful.
Located directly on the lake, parking in front of the door. There are currently many game dishes on the menu, which are highly recommended. Be sure to reserve!
