We booked by booking, once we arrived at the hotel we asked for explanations regarding the absence of a balcony. We were told that they never guarantee rooms with balcony... Too bad that in the confirmation of the reservation they indicated, they sent the photo of the room we had to have, unfortunately arrived there was different from what we booked...
