The bar is excellent, with great pre-dinner drinks and friendly service. However, some diners experienced rushed service and mediocre food quality during dinner. Despite this, Zelo has received positive reviews for its consistently good food and excellent service from knowledgeable servers. Overall, Zelo provides a nice dining option in downtown MPLS, with standout dishes like amazing pork chops and a safe dining experience post-pandemic.

Was GARY ESTRADA at Zelo a mag?
We had an excellent meal at Zelo. We hurried through it because we found the noise level of some tables to be extremely loud and annoying. Too bad there aren’t private rooms where this type of group could be placed. It really detracted from our evening and caused us to leave much sooner than we had expected. View all feedback.
What Jane Doe dislikes about Zelo:

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Food is delicious, service is top notch, atmosphere is also great. Love the gluten free menu. Portions are big for main dishes. We took leftovers home and on the next day it tasted as good. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Incredible dinner--bread service so hot and freshly baked it should have spoiled our appetites, but everything we ordered was perfection: scallops with prosciutto and perfectly dressed wilted greens; chicken and mushroom risotto; housemade ravioli; caramelized Brussels sprouts; and the evening's halibut special were all perfection. Our servers were all so kind and attentive and accommodating. Just what we needed to end a long day--good food, good company and good conversation--can't wait to return. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Housemade Ravioli, Fish, Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, Mushroom Risotto
