I ordered through the app for car side delivery, but got locked out of the app and had to go inside to get my order. Since it was car side pickup, the staff couldn't give me my order without me selecting that I had arrived on the app. Only a manager could override this, but he was out on a delivery. I will never order from this restaurant again. I waited nearly 2 hours and was repeatedly told my order would be delivered in 10-30 minutes, only to find out my order hadn't even been started. When I tried to cancel, I was told to call back in 10 minutes.
