I went with my coworker for lunch. I had brisket, he had ribs sausage. He spent $15+ I spent $12 both of us had water. So…He liked the sausage, our sides were small but good enough (coleslaw, beans, potato salad) and sadly that’s the end of the “like.”His ribs looked like they took one long rib cut it into 3.
