Feedback
Overall, the restaurant offers a mixed bag of experiences according to recent reviews. The food was tasty at times, but some dishes were disappointing or served at room temperature. The service varied, with some mentioning excellent service while others were less impressed. The atmosphere of the restaurant received positive feedback, with interactive elements and a fun, unique vibe. The Saltwater Grill in Galveston received praise for its updated menu, delicious dishes, and friendly service, while the Safe House was highlighted for its family-friendly environment and entertaining features. Despite some shortcomings, both restaurants seem to offer a memorable dining experience.
Always enjoy coming here. The vibe was fun and our server was great. Our food was ok. The tacos were a little dry (needed more sauce), but was a generous portion. Curds were great. The club was a little light on the turkey. Good bar selections.
Food is not good (very over priced for what you get); service is decent. I got the turkey club sandwich and the turkey was very questionable looking.
Our first time at The Safehouse and it was fun even though we didn't roam around since we had a show to get to. Getting our first drinks was a little slow, but food and follow up drinks not so much. Will probably go again.
Safe house was a great visit! Kids loved it. The food was good. Staff was friendly but not the quickest. Even after going I have no idea what the front door password was but I think that’s for the best! You will go in the alley door and do somesilly activity to give access to the restaurant. Once inside you’ll be applauded for your dancing. Once inside you check inand if your table isn’t ready you can do a scavenger hunt around the restaurant. When your table is ready you’ll be takingthere and end up in one of the fun rooms. They’re all pretty cool! Explore the place there’s a lot of fun stuff!
SafeHouse was a great spot!! The theme spy concept is awesome. Entering was my favorite part. The host asks if you know the password, if you don’t know the password they make you do a silly task. Our task was to do 3 karate moves before entering. Westopped in for just drinks and an appetizer. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very nice. The drinks food weredelicious! I definitely want to go back.
