Food is fine, coffee and a scone so nothing too challenging. Staff lovely but run off their feet. No one seems to be in charge. Queue of over 15 people, one person on the till, 9+dirty tables, staff covering tills, cleaning tables and serving food. Where is the support for this poor team. Where are the COVID precautions.
