cheap fuel between tba and gundy super. but. customer service. wow, lady was grumpy, rude, overwhelmed with only 3 ppl and a simple sanga w chips took forever disppointing. View all feedback.
Floors in eating area have food all over it the small coke fridge smells terrible and the tables have not been cleaned
8.5.22 Update: Aparently this busisness will be re opened soon, hopefully it will be bigger and better than ever before... Just like the old days...If your a heavy Vech driver don't bother pulling in, no where too sit down, no kitchen service, no tea if your a tea drinker.. only coffee if you push the issue.. staff don't care either.. service sucks.. never stopping there again
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The restrooms are in desperate need of cleaning, and the smell is quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue. The dining area frequently has flies buzzing around and is generally dirty and messy, even when it's not crowded. The paneling and trim on the interior walls are falling off or peeling, which gives the impression that the management doesn't care about maintaining the space. Since the new operators took over, the quality has noticeably declined. I used to visit regularly, but I won't be returning.
Update/Edit Surprised, and pleased to get a response from management, (which shows their determination to improve.. also good to see it was both professional and polite and they will edit their advertised hours to avoid future disappointment for customers. Advertised as a 24hr roadhouse (but one who actually shuts at 11:30pm and closes kitchens at 9:30. .? Hmmm... EXTREMELY unprofessional to have not updated/ corrected your online opening hours. Leaving customers un-served, because you are NOT open as advertised..? is a poor example of a Service Station in anyone 's estimation .... Just be safe, ~AVOID THE DISAPPOINTMENT~ and fuel /eat before reaching Captains Mountain
