I enjoy going to Zaxby because I absolutely love their fries! However, my ordering experience can vary based on who is taking my order. Sometimes I feel rushed and have to repeat my order multiple times, while other times the drive-thru experience is smooth and easy. Disorganized experience. I ordered through the drive-thru and was instructed to pull ahead. After waiting ten minutes, a girl brought out my food, but I noticed she forgot my drink. She didn't return, so I had to go inside to get it myself. Once I got back to work, I realized a whole meal was missing. The food is consistently good, and I really appreciate the way it's presented. However, I was a bit disappointed during my last visit. Initially, I didn't receive the order I had placed, then there was a price increase, and the portion size was smaller than what I had received in the past. I understand that prices are rising everywhere, but not providing value for the increase is unacceptable. If the prices go up, the portion sizes should also be adjusted accordingly. It shouldn’t feel like a loss for the customer.
The wait was quite long, and I walked in expecting to be in and out quickly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Even though there were many employees, the service was still slow. I think it would be great if Chick-fil-A opened a restaurant nearby to provide some competition. To make matters worse, my order was completely incorrect.
