Dear Assaggios, but not today. My Veal Marsala was hard like an old shoe. Could have cut it with a fork, but I had a hard time cutting it with a steak knife. My wife pasta dish with shrimps had a marinara sauce, which was more like pasta water, than ran out of the sauce and simply added water. No taste.
